The bike trail at Big Sur is beautiful to say the least, spanning up to 100 miles one way from Carmel to Cambria, California. This trail is definitely not for beginners. It is quite advanced, but if you’re up to the challenge you can do this trail year-round. You’ll be right by the coast, so chances are you’ll want to stop to take a few pictures of the stunning scenery.

2) Valmont Bike Park

Located in Boulder, Colorado, Valmont Bike Park is for cyclists of all levels. The park covers 42 acres, the mileage of the trail varies. Since there is a path for every type of rider, it can be tricky to choose which path is right for you. If you’re a beginner, try Hot Lap or Escape Route. If prefer to get more technical, try Corkscrew or Mesa Flow. If you’d like to engage in other biking activities, you can check out the terrain park with its double slalom race course, its slope style portion and its dirt jumps.
